Books and edited chapters
For an authored book, give the author, year, italicized title in sentence case, edition if applicable, and publisher. Omit the publisher’s city and state. Include a DOI if the book has one.

For a chapter in an edited book, start with the chapter author and chapter title, then identify the editor, book title, chapter pages, publisher, and DOI when available.
